Job summary

A major UK financial services organisation is seeking an experienced AI Delivery Lead for a multi-year AI transformation programme starting in Q1 2026. You will drive execution across AI and data workstreams, manage the roadmap and communicate with stakeholders. A major UK financial services organisation has secured funding for a multi-year AI transformation and modernisation programme. This work begins in Q1 2026, the engine that will drive responsible AI, governance, data modernisation, and new digital capability across the business.

We're looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to drive execution across multiple AI and data workstreams and keep the programme moving at pace.

What you'll be doing

Lead delivery across AI, data engineering, ML and platform teams

Own roadmap, milestones, risk and dependency management

Work alongside a strategic partner (Big Four) while protecting internal priorities

Run ceremonies, track progress and unblock teams

Communicate clearly with technology, risk, operations and board-level stakeholders

Ensure delivery aligns with responsible AI, regulatory and data governance requirements

What you'll need
