Job summary

CommonAI Compute in Cambridge is seeking a high-energy Commercial Lead to close new customers and build a partner network across AI, cloud and HPC ecosystems. You’ll talk about GPUs, clusters and cloud economics with credibility, developing your own pipeline and traveling across the UK and Europe.

This early-stage role offers a competitive salary, stock options and meaningful opportunities to shape commercial strategy whilst working with government, academia and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Record of closing deals in technical sales, business development or partnerships.
• Technical fluency in cloud, GPU compute, HPC or AI workloads.
• Strong relationship-building capabilities and pipeline generation mindset.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe.
• Degree-level education in a technical, scientific or business discipline.

Responsibilities

• Find, qualify and close new customers for multi-cloud compute products.
• Build and deepen partnerships across AI, cloud and HPC ecosystems.
• Represent the company at conferences, meetups and demo days, visiting partners in person.
• Provide market feedback on customer needs and pricing for additional services.
