Job Description:
We are seeking a new Agile Project Management Consultant to join our growing Intelligent Automation team. The individual in this role would be responsible for supporting multiple delivery teams that deploy solutions across the business, using a variety of technologies including RPA (Blue Prism, Pega Robotics), Power Platform, and Jira. In addition to core competency as a project manager, we also value experience in gathering business requirements, development or testing, and the willingness to take on new challenges based on project priorities and business needs.

Qualifications
Requires BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Three years plus of progressive experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst or a Quality Assurance Analyst
A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, as well as working as part of an agile team
Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in group insurance operations
Certified Scrum Master preferred
Knowledge of Lean process improvement practices preferred
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Automation Hub)
Periodic travel may be required
Some project work may be required outside of regular office hours to support critical time lines and deliverables, as well as collaboration with Sun Life teams in other regions
Responsibilities
Lead Agile project teams, monitoring project progress, resolving issues, and managing dependencies between other projects and workstreams
Facilitate all Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives)
Build and manage stakeholder, application users, and program owner relationships and communicate project progress effectively
Drive continuous improvement in team processes and project delivery
Contribute to the team's overall strategy and program management
