Arnold Clark Group is recruiting a Service Advisor for our Renault/Dacia branch in St Helens. You will deliver a superb customer experience across service and vehicle repairs, liaising with workshop teams and handling service queries with empathy.

A proactive, articulate communicator with IT literacy and a full UK driving licence will thrive in this role. The position offers full-time hours, with a schedule Monday to Friday 8am–5:30pm and alternate Saturdays 8am–12pm, plus benefits such as

Responsibilities

• Handle all customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs professionally.
• Liaise with workshop and bodyshop to progress work through the system.
• Control computer-based jobs, purchasing and invoice processes to protect customer and company interests.
• Inform customers of faults or repairs and provide clear solutions.
• Handle dissatisfied customers with empathy and reassure issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records and histories.
• Upsell aftersales products and services where appropriate.
• Keep customer database updated and accurate.
