You will drive customer satisfaction, coach the team, and manage workshop operations. A full UK driving licence is required for this role and a premium automotive background is expected.

• Proven ability to coach and motivate a service team.
• Track record of delivering customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach the Service team to reach full potential.
• Maximise customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
• Monitor performance against budget and implement improvement plans.
• Analyse local market statistics to identify opportunities in the territory.
• Organise departmental forecasts and reports clearly and timely.
• Own and improve Customer Satisfaction metrics.
