Lookers Teesside Volkswagen Van Centre is seeking an ambitious Aftersales Manager to lead the aftersales team. You will report to the General Manager and oversee Service Advisors, Technicians and the Parts team, driving customer service excellence and performance across the department.

With a 44-hour week (Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm) and a salary up to £70,000 OTE, including a basic up to £45,000-£55,000 DOE plus bonus, this role requires a full UK driving licence and a track record of leadership in

• Experience leading an aftersales team in premium automotive environments.
• Proven track record in transactional aftersales and delivering customer service excellence.
• Full UK driving licence is required for the role.
