Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager to lead the Aftersales department in a busy automotive dealership.

In this role you will support day-to-day operations, drive customer service excellence, and manage a team to maximise efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Assistant Aftersales Manager or similar role in a franchised automotive dealership.
• Strong knowledge of aftersales operations and service processes.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence with few penalty points and the legal right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support the effective management of the dealership Aftersales function.
• Assist in overseeing service department operations to maximise efficiency and profitability.
• Lead, motivate and develop team members to achieve departmental and business objectives.
