Qualifications

• Management experience in the motor trade.
• Strong understanding of aftersales operations and workshop processes.
• Ability to motivate a team and drive performance.

• Commercially minded with focus on customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Full, valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the Aftersales Department.
• Drive workshop productivity, efficiency and profitability.
• Manage workflow to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Maintain excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues relating to servicing, repairs, MOTs, warranties and technical concerns.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and maximise departmental performance.
• Support the team and remain hands-on when required.
