Pembrook Resourcing is exclusively recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager for a highly confidential opportunity. The role leads a busy aftersales operation, drives customer and commercial performance, and reports into senior management.

You will manage the aftersales team, oversee workshop and service performance, improve processes, and maintain high standards of customer service while developing team members.
