The role offers a basic salary up to £45,000 with potential earnings exceeding £65,000 based on performance, plus a company car and benefits.

You will manage and develop the team, drive KPI performance, monitor workshop standards, and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager in a dealership.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting purposes.
• Excellent understanding of automotive aftersales processes and KPIs.
• Ability to identify and implement improvements in performance and efficiency.
• Customer-focused approach with a strong commitment to satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the aftersales team with coaching and performance appraisals.
• Achieve and exceed KPI targets for departments within the aftersales operation.
• Monitor service and workshop performance to meet operational standards.
