An exciting opportunity has arisen at Boston BYD / Suzuki for an Aftersales Manager to lead our small but busy workshop, driving performance, customer satisfaction, and team development.

This role is ideal for a rising star — perhaps an experienced Service Advisor, Workshop Controller, or Assistant Manager — looking to step into a management position and make their mark within a progressive, family-owned dealer group.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for leading the aftersales operation to deliver outstanding results in labour sales, workshop efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Manage the day-to-day running of the Service and Workshop departments.
• Drive labour sales performance to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with industry-leading CSI scores.
• Motivate, coach, and develop your team to maximise potential and retention.
• Ensure compliance with FCA, brand, and health & safety standards.
