Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking an Aftersales Manager to lead our busy aftersales department at our Mallusk site. You will support the team, maintain excellent customer service and ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the department.

You will provide leadership, coaching and strong KPI focus, manage workflows, and work closely with colleagues to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Franchise Main Dealer Service Department at supervisory level.
• Excellent knowledge of dealership management systems.
• Proven track record of motivating and developing a team.
• Strong customer service, communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence with minimal points.

Responsibilities

• Support the aftersales team across front-of-house operations and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Help manage the department's daily performance, processes and workflow.
• Work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Provide effective leadership, coaching and support to the wider aftersales team.
• Monitor departmental activity and assist with achieving key performance objectives.
