Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking an Aftersales Manager to lead our busy aftersales department at our Mallusk site. This role supports the team, maintains excellent customer service, and ensures smooth day-to-day operation of the department.

You will provide leadership, coaching and develop the team, monitor performance and work with colleagues to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Franchise Main Dealer Service Department at supervisory level.
• Excellent knowledge of dealership management systems.
• Proven track record of managing, motivating and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the aftersales team across front-of-house operations and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Help manage the department's daily performance, processes and workflow.
• Work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Provide effective leadership, coaching and support to the wider aftersales team.
• Monitor departmental activity and assist with achieving key performance objectives.

• A full UK manual driving licence with minimal points.
