Busseys are searching for a talented Aftersales Manager to join our Attleborough and Fakenham branches covering both Ford and INEOS brands. If you excel at motivating teams, achieving targets, and building a first-class aftersales reputation, this is your moment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead the Service & Parts Departments: Oversee Aftersales operations ensuring volume and profit targets are smashed and standards remain sky-high.
  • Elevate Customer Satisfaction: Maintain exceptional customer relationships and retention through expert advice, seamless workflow and proactive problem-solving.
  • Grow and Empower Our Team: Inspire, motivate and develop your team – delivering appraisals, support and regular communication.
  • Drive Efficiency and Profitability: Manage budgets, workshop efficiencies, pricing strategies and cost control to hit all targets.
  • Uphold Standards & Processes: Guarantee adherence to Ford and Busseys procedures, championing everything from complaint resolution to health & safety.
  • Support Across Departments: Work closely with all other managers and departments for smooth dealership operations.
