Job Description:

Pembrook Resourcing is currently seeking an Aftersales Manager on behalf of our client, a well-renowned dealership group in the area.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control WIP, warranty, and debtors.
  • Oversee parts support processes and maintain Aftersales franchise standards and manufacturer relationships.
  • Lead and manage a large team, demonstrating a dynamic and hands-on approach.
  • Set the pace for the team, fostering positive ways to achieve business results.
  • Monitor and review sales activity, performance, and implement improvement actions.
  • Identify solutions for core issues, taking responsibility for decisions and actions.
  • Demonstrate a progressive career, understanding KPIs, motivational techniques, and possess a strong technical background.
  • Build excellent relationships with customers and improve CSI results.
