A leading recruitment agency is looking for an Aftersales Executive in Tewkesbury. You will be responsible for customer service, logistics, administration, and warranty processes in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has strong skills in communication and organization, as well as experience in administration roles, and will enjoy performance-related bonuses and career growth opportunities. This position offers a starting salary of up to £26,000 per annum along with various employee benefits, including training and a pension scheme.
Salary: £26,000 per annum plus performance‑related bonus up to £450 per month.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am‑5:00 pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:00 am‑12:00 pm. Working hours may extend during busier periods.
Reporting to the Service Centre Manager, the role is a front‑of‑house position and will require you to book customers in, raise paperwork, bank, process invoicing and generate business.
Strong experience in a similar administration/customer‑service‑oriented position is required. Experience working with motorhomes/caravans or in the automotive industry is highly desirable, but not essential. The successful candidate should be able to deliver the highest level of customer service through strong communication skills, achieving 100 % customer satisfaction. Very strong organisational skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and database systems are a priority. Liaising with manufacturers to authorise warranty repairs, and a general knowledge of warranty procedures would be advantageous but is not essential.
Due to the nature of the position, additional hours may be required in busier periods throughout the year.
