Job summary

Busseys in Norwich is looking for a friendly bookings team member to handle inbound calls and advise customers about servicing, MOTs and other work. You will also respond to website live chat, emails and manufacturer leads, then update our CRM (Keyloop) to keep customer records current.

The role is flexible and tailored to suit various working patterns. We offer a rewarding team environment, development opportunities and a bonus scheme with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service – our customers come first in all that we do.
• Excellent phone manner and communication skills – we want our customers to hear you smiling at the other end of the phone.
• Administration experience – we use Keyloop (CRM system) and all the usual Microsoft products.
• Motivated, enthusiastic and fun-loving - to fit in well with the rest of the team!
• Call centre experience – great but not essential as we are more than happy to provide full training for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Handling all inbound booking calls from our customers.
• Making outbound calls, advising customers of servicing, MOT and other work due on their vehicles.
• Actioning website, live chat, email and manufacturer leads enquiries.
• Updating our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Keyloop.
