Job summary

Lookers Newcastle Customer Contact Centre is hiring Customer Advisors to handle calls, emails, live chats, and digital inquiries. You will convert interactions into bookings, provide high-quality service, and support sales and aftersales with accurate data entry.

You’ll use Lookers systems and CRM platforms, stay updated on FCA guidelines, and participate in training. A rota including weekends is required, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, contact centre, or sales environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident working with technology and CRM systems.
• Target-driven with attention to detail.
• Team player who helps others and learns quickly.
• Willing to work a rota including weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Book essential maintenance via outbound calls.
• Promote and sell service plans to retain customers and identify upsell opportunities during booking.
• Provide professional responses to all enquiry types.
• Maintain a friendly, engaging tone across channels and ensure GDPR compliance.
