LSH Auto UK Limited is seeking a Customer Service focused Contact Centre Agent to handle inbound enquiries, book service appointments, and maintain accurate customer records. You will contribute to a high standard of customer care within a fast-paced environment and support long-term relationships.

You will work toward KPIs, identify upselling opportunities, and promote aftersales products and services while supporting workshop capacity and ensuring smooth customer journeys.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a contact centre or similar customer service environment.
• Experience using standard PC-based booking tools.
• Experience working to KPIs while maintaining service quality.
• Experience building rapport with customers over the telephone.
• Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
• Experience with service booking, reception, or automotive aftersales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound telephone and online customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Book service appointments while maximizing workshop capacity through effective scheduling.
• Maintain accurate customer records to support ongoing relationship management activities.
