  • Accurately identify and pick vehicle parts for workshop staff.
  • Handle parts stock control, audits and inventory management.
  • Assist trade and retail customers with parts enquiries and service.
  • Work with Parts Manager and team to support department operations.
  • Use electronic parts catalogue systems and dealer management software (Kerridge/CDK).
  • Maintain stock levels and record-keeping.

Our client, a well-established, family-run car dealership in Cardiff, is recruiting for a Vehicle Parts Advisor to join their busy Parts Department. The Vehicle Parts Advisor role offers a competitive salary of up to £28,500 per annum, depending on experience, with on-target earnings reaching £33,500 through a performance-based bonus scheme. The position involves working Monday to Friday with shifts between 7:30am and 5:30pm, along with a rotation of one in three Saturdays from 8:30am to 1:00pm.
