Hunter Knight Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Parts Advisor for a reputable Bristol dealership. The role involves handling parts orders, advising customers on requirements and pricing, and ensuring timely stock allocation to technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience in a parts advisor role (car or commercial).

Responsibilities

• Receive all parts orders, interpret customer requirements and advise on prices, matching orders against stock items.
• Promote new customer business generation and liaise with manager/aftersales executives.
• Keep customers/workshop updated on backorders and part availability.
• Pick parts from stores and allocate to technicians; liaise with suppliers.
• Maximise sales opportunities through upselling and campaigns.
• Develop spend with key account customers and handle complaints promptly.

Location: Bristol

Hours: Mon-Fri Days (40 hours) & Sat morn on a rota

40 hours a week, 7am - 9am to 4pm -6pm, on a rota basis.

Salary: £33,575 depending on experience + Generous Bonuses & Optional Overtime Options

OTE £40,000+

Our client, a reputable and customer focussed dealership in Bristol is recruiting for a Parts Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Receive all parts orders, interpreting customer requirements and giving advice on any additional requirements or prices, matching orders against stock items and advising customer of any items which are not stocked or need ordering
• Actively promote new customer business generation and liaise with manager/aftersales executives
• Keeping customer / workshop updated on backorders and part availability.
• Pick all parts from parts stores and allocate to technicians in the workshop accordingly.
• Liaising with suppliers.
• To maximize sales opportunities through upselling and campaigns
• To be responsible for key account customers; developing sales and opportunities to increase spend.
• Ensure that all customer complaints are dealt with both speedily and effectively, referring any unresolved problems are referred to the job holders immediate supervisor
