Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning certain parts of the school site as allocated.
• Operate cleaning machinery on various surfaces.
• Vacuum cleaning hard and soft floors.
• Spot cleaning of spillages.
• Wipe furniture, ledges, and polish door glass.
• Empty and clean bins.
• Clean toilets including sanitary fittings.
• Mop and spray clean hard floor surfaces.
• Replenish janitorial supplies in toilets.
• Check and close windows and switch off lights after work.

Afternoon School Cleaner

Shifts are available 3:30pm-6pm Monday to Friday

12.21 per hour

Weekly Pay

ENHANCED DBS REQUIRED ISSUED WITHIN THE LAST 2 YEARS

Duties Include

• plead you are responsible for cleaning certain parts of the school site as allocated by the Cleaning Supervisor (this will vary from time to time)
• Operate cleaning machinery on soft and hard surfaces e.g., vacuum cleaners and polishers
• Vacuum cleaning hard and soft floors
• Spot cleaning of spillages
• Wiping furniture, ledges, pipes, paintwork, doors and polishing door glass
• Emptying and cleaning bins
• Cleaning toilets including sanitary fittings and surrounds
• Mopping and spray cleaning hard floor surfaces
• Wiping and polishing and straightening furniture
Replenishing janitorial supplies in toilets etc.
• Checking and closing windows, switching off lights after work
