Aftermarket Sales Manager

What you’ll be doing:

Working within the Industrial Quality Solutions (IQS) department at ZEISS, you will take a leading role in driving our aftermarket business. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Aftermarket Sales team, overseeing the sales of software, service contracts, retrofits/upgrades, accessories, consumables, inspection services and project-based solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
  • Manage and coach a dedicated Aftermarket Sales team, promoting a customer-first, performance-driven culture.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive process improvements, reporting accuracy, and Salesforce compliance across the team.
  • Provide insight and feedback to senior leadership, supporting innovation and shaping future product and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and service teams to deliver tailored solutions that exceed customer expectations.
What we’re looking for

We are seeking a results-driven sales leader who can combine strategic vision with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Proven experience in managing sales teams within aftermarket, industrial, or technical sales environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and confidence in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.

Location: Based from the ZEISS IQS Facility in Lutterworth.
