Superior Wellness is seeking an After Sales Customer Service Advisor to join our Chesterfield HQ. This full-time, on-site role supports UK customers and dealer network, handling queries, warranties, and aftercare to ensure a smooth post-sale experience.

You will work with technical, logistics, and sales teams, staying organised in a fast-growing environment, taking ownership of cases, and helping deliver best-in-class customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, after sales, or a support-based role.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise effectively.
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work in a busy team.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound customer contact, providing after sales support.
• Manage warranty claims, spare parts requests, and aftercare cases.
• Liaise with technical and logistics teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain accurate case records and follow up accordingly.
• Work with the After Sales team to ensure timely customer updates.
• Identify recurring issues and feed back to improve products and processes.
