As part of the Malvern Panalytical Services team, you will play a key role in driving growth in after-sales revenue by selling the full portfolio of service products to existing customers. Your focus will be on strengthening long-term customer relationships, increasing retention, and maximizing the value customers gain from their Malvern Panalytical solutions throughout the equipment lifecycle.
This is a proactive, customer-facing role where you will identify and develop aftermarket opportunities within your regional customer base. By combining strong communication skills, deep product and service knowledge, and effective sales strategies, you will anticipate customer needs, propose tailored service solutions, and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue growth.
You will be accountable for forecasting, managing, and achieving annual Order and Sales targets, contributing directly to the overall growth and success of Malvern Panalytical’s service business.
