Job summary

Confidential is seeking a detail‑oriented information specialist to prepare technical documents for technicians, generate cost estimates, and ensure records are complete after jobs. You will scan and index paper records, maintain an identical indexing system, and support the inventory and logistics teams to meet deployment schedules.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office; aerospace maintenance procedures are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Desirable background as technical author with aerospace maintenance knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and finalise technical documentation for technicians before job start.
• Generate budgetary quotations, cost estimates, and technical reports.
• Audit closed workpacks and ensure records comply with regulatory and company requirements.
• Scan, index and manage archived paper records with a consistent indexing system.
