Job summary

Confidential is seeking a meticulous Technical Records Administrator to join the team at Oxford Airport. The role focuses on day-to-day review and processing of aircraft maintenance records, ensuring accuracy, completeness and regulatory compliance within the airline's continuing airworthiness framework.

You will work with the Technical Records Supervisor and engineering teams to maintain logs, prepare records for audits, and support audit readiness while meeting deadlines and prioritising

Qualifications

• Five GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent qualifications.
• Desirable aviation-related degree or equivalent.
• Recognised Part-CAMO or Part-145 training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and process aircraft maintenance records for accuracy and compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Update the record management system with maintenance task details.
• Maintain and update aircraft and component logbooks.
• Copy, organise and archive maintenance records according to procedures.
• Prepare technical documentation for regulatory audits.
