Qualifications

• Experience in sheet metal manufacturing engineering.
• Knowledge of aerospace materials and their properties.
• Familiarity with heat treatment processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate sheet metal manufacturing processes.
• Create and validate standard operating procedures.
• Ensure processes meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Provide guidance to suppliers when necessary.

Skills

Experience of sheet metal manufacturing engineering in an Aerospace background

Knowledge of Titanium, Aluminium and Steel Aerospace materials

Understanding of material heat treatment

Proficiency in the MRPII process

General aircraft knowledge

Education

Engineering Degree with elements of mechanical, manufacturing and materials
