Job summary

Morgan Ryder is seeking an Account Manager for the Aerospace sector based in Stoke-on-Trent. The role focuses on managing a portfolio of six established aerospace customers and driving revenue growth through strong relationships and tailored service delivery.

You will protect existing business, develop current accounts, and identify opportunities to expand the product offering, while collaborating with internal teams to meet customer requirements and ensure high service levels.

• Proven track record in account management and growing existing accounts.
• Strong customer relationship development and revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of six aerospace customers worth ~£5 million.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key contacts.
• Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver service.
• Proactively identify additional business opportunities and growth.
• Monitor account performance and customer activity to spot sales opportunities.
• Be the main point of contact for customers and ensure ongoing requirements are met.
