Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of six established aerospace customers, worth approximately £5 million.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer contacts.
• Develop existing accounts, identifying opportunities to increase sales and expand the product offering.
• Understand customer requirements and work with internal teams to ensure high service levels.
• Proactively identify opportunities for additional business and account growth.
• Monitor account performance, customer activity and sales opportunities.
• Act as the main point of contact for your customers, ensuring ongoing requirements are met.
