Job summary

Citizens Advice Croydon is seeking an Advice Session Supervisor to join our small, friendly team. This role suits someone with supervision experience in an advice setting and an interest in mentoring colleagues.

You will handle a varied day, bring broad knowledge across enquiry areas, stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and benefit from hybrid working, generous leave and development opportunities. Interviews will take place on 19 November 2026.

This opportunity will suit someone who already has supervision experience within an advice setting but will also be a great opportunity for experienced generalist advisers or caseworkers who are looking to take the first step into a supervisory role.

The role will suit someone who enjoys a varied working day, has excellent knowledge across a broad range of enquiry areas and is calm under the pressure of a fast paced working environment.

Some experience of training, mentoring or coaching colleagues is an advantage.
