A public health organization in East Devon seeks an Advanced Public Health Practitioner to lead various public health projects and initiatives. The role demands significant experience in service commissioning, project development, and strong collaboration to enhance the public health outcomes for children and young people. Advanced Public Health Practitioner 8926 | Permanent contract | £43,822 to £48,227 per annum (Scale K) | 37 hours per week | County Hall, Norwich
The Public Health Children and Young People's Team are looking for an Advanced Public Health Practitioner to join them to lead on a range of public health project, services developments and partnership project.
Candidates must have skills and experience in service commissioning and development, project implementation and strong partnership working. A commitment to improving the public health outcomes of children and young people is needed along with an understanding of related health and wellbeing inequalities.
The post holder will be a point of trusted expertise relating to their areas of responsibility, ensuring they are informed, up to date and are able to provide high quality advice, guidance and strategic leadership relating to these.
The post holder will hold a portfolio of projects, working with colleagues in the Children and Young People\'s team, wider partners, services and service users to support the implementation of the teams yearly priorities and plan.
