A healthcare provider in Burntwood is searching for a motivated Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join their team. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients autonomously, plus initiating tests and referrals. Candidates must hold a Master's Degree encompassing clinical practice and leadership. Salters Meadow Centre have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join and support our team.
We are based in Burntwood and have a list size of approximately 11,500 patients and we have 4 GP Partners.
We are looking for an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to work autonomously with the support of the wider team. You will need to assess, diagnose and treat patients with a range of acute conditions and initiate tests and referrals as appropriate.
Daily clinics will consist of face to face consultations along with telephone consultations/triage and prescribing accordingly.
We have 4 GP Partners, supported by our ACP/Nurse Manager, Practice Nurses, HCA and Phlebotomist. We also have an FCP, Mental Health Nurse, Pharmacist and Social Prescriber through ARRS.
The Practice Manager is responsible for the Practice with the Deputy Practice Manager and Office Manager supporting. We have a full administritive team.
