We are seeking an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic school office team. This role combines general office administration with specialised SENDCo support, assisting the Head of Inclusion with administrative tasks related to students with special educational needs. The position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a busy school environment while supporting the schools SEND processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional administrative support across the school
  • Maintain accurate records and databases in line with GDPR requirements
  • Assist with SEND administration, including EHCP documentation, Annual Reviews, and statutory returns
  • Coordinate communication with parents, carers, local authorities, and external professionals
  • Organise SEND meetings and reviews
  • Work flexibly across all campuses to ensure consistent administrative support
You
  • Strong organisational and IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Experience
