Job summary

A leading independent estate agency in Nottingham seeks a skilled Administrator to support a busy sales team. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, maintaining records, preparing documents, and assisting with marketing efforts. Are you an experienced administrator looking to take the next step in your career? We’re partnering with a leading independent estate agency in Arnold to find a skilled and motivated Administrator to support their busy sales team. This is a key role within the branch, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and delivering an exceptional service to clients.

A background in property is highly desirable—this could also be a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Negotiator ready to transition into an office-based or administrative role.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of property listings, sales activity, and client information.

Prepare and process contracts, agreements, and other property-related documents.

Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging online and offline property listings.

Produce marketing materials, including brochures and promotional content.

Keep all window displays and in-branch property materials organised and up to date.

Serve as a friendly and reliable point of contact for clients, handling enquiries and offering property information.

Assist with scheduling viewings, appointments, and team meetings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and buyers.

Ensure property databases are regularly updated with accurate pricing, details, and availability.

Organise electronic and physical files to support efficient information retrieval.

About You

Previous experience in administration, ideally within property.

Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident working with Microsoft Office applications.
