The Role

As an Administrator, you will support the smooth and efficient running of our planning administration service.

Acting as the first point of contact for planning-related queries, you’ll play a key role in making sure processes are handled fairly, accurately, and on time.

Your work will involve overseeing daily task allocation, monitoring team outputs, and using planning software to process applications and produce documents.

You’ll vet small-scale applications, manage planning-related legal agreements, and administer local land charges and search requests.

Additionally, you will:

  • Support Planning Committee meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared and records are maintained
  • Contribute to data collection and reporting
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics for planning functions
About You
  • To be considered as an Administrator, you will need:
  • Experience in an administrative environment, handling processes and responding to customer requirements
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • To be educated to GCSE or NVQ2 level or equivalent
