Job description
Office Administrator / PA - 18-24 hours (flexible hours and days)

This is a permanent role that can offer great development opportunities for the right candidate.Please note this is a part time role however, the hours and days are flexible.

The role is based in Manchester City Centre, so you must be local and able to travel into Manchester. The role is based in the office with the potential of 1 day working from home.

The role will see you join a professional business where you will play an important role supporting the Director and working with the Senior Leadership Team on all administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Booking in meetings for the Director and SLT, checking room availability and organising relevant equipment/materials
  • Diary management
  • Dealing with calls and emails as a first responder.
  • Supporting the Director with ad‑hoc projects
  • Liaising with internal management, following up on action points
Required
  • Previous experience working in an office‑based role, ideally supporting a Director or Manager level with admin / PA duties
  • Previous experience in a client‑facing role, both verbal and written
  • Previous experience of working within professional services
  • Comfortable in managing multiple tasks and priorities on a day‑to‑day basis.
  • Strong IT, communication and literacy skills.
