A UK university in Eastleigh is seeking a full-time Building 85 Facilities/Goods in Administrator to support efficient building operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage their workload effectively. The Institute for Life Sciences Building 85's iconic design was built in 2010. It provides key infrastructure to multiple faculties at the University of Southampton, including research and teaching laboratories. You are invited to apply for the full-time post of Building 85 Facilities/Goods in Administrator to provide support for the occupants of the Institute of Life Sciences Building 85. We are seeking to appoint a customer-orientated, enthusiastic, flexible and organised person to carry out and provide support to help ensure efficient delivery of building facilities and ordering services. The position is part of the Faculty Operating Service and reports to the Facilities Manager (B85).
The successful candidate will be expected to work 36 hours per week. This role does not support hybrid working.
