We are looking to recruit an Administrator to join our growing team in the South Midlands (Northampton). The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Commercial & Technical teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Answering all incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person / function
  • Arranging meeting and meeting rooms for both internal and external visitors, welcoming visitors and arranging tea/coffee/lunches
  • Providing a high level of administrative support to the Commercial and Technical teams
  • Maintaining information on our databases, systems and registers
Requirements:
  • Experienced of working in a fast-paced, busy administrative environment
  • Able to communicate written and verbally with people at all levels
  • Ability to deal with a number of tasks at the same time
  • A strong knowledge of Microsoft (2010), Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
