Our globally successful client based in Newark is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly Operations Agent to join their team. Playing a crucial role for our clients, managing support inquiries and loading rates, you will work closely with both our internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities
  • Answering and managing client calls
  • Handling support via ticketing systems
  • Implementing new products/services for client
  • Liaising with third‑party service providers
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Managing project work within set deadline
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a clear and confident telephone manner and intermediate IT skills including Excel. The role requires accurate data entry and data exporting from the CRS system, so candidates must be able to use VLOOKUPs.
