You will be joining a supportive and collaborative HSE function and will play an important part in keeping the business running smoothly.

The role offers the chance to build your health, safety and environment knowledge in a business committed to safety, standards and continuous improvement.

As the HSE Administrator you will provide comprehensive support to the Group H&S Manager and Group Environment Manager, ensuring all compliance, reporting and governance activity is kept accurate and up to date. Your duties will include:

  • Keep all health, safety and environmental records up to date and organised
  • Overseeing document control across SharePoint, Teams and all internal systems
  • Maintaining alignment of H&S standards, processes and records
  • Planning and coordinating diaries for the wider leadership team
  • Prepare paperwork, agendas and information ahead of meetings
  • Organising six monthly H&S governance meetings for each site
  • Update and maintain the main tracker spreadsheet for incidents and reports
  • Recording minutes for weekly, monthly and governance meetings, and tracking actions
  • Create monthly reports and dashboard summaries using information provided by the team

We are keen to speak with candidates who have strong administrative experience and are able to work with pace and accuracy. HSE experience is an advantage but not essential if you are organised and confident with data and documents. You will need to have strong IT capability including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

This will be working full‑time Monday to Friday earning a salary of £27,500.
