Position Details
  • Role: Full-Time Temporary Admin Officer
  • Contract: 3 months with the possibility of extension
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours (37 hours/week)
  • Hourly Rate: £12.36
Job Description

We are seeking an organized, motivated Admin Officer to support the admin team at Birkenhead County Court. Responsibilities include preparing papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings, and meetings; creating and updating records; data input; communicating with Judiciary and court staff; and handling enquiries face-to-face, via telephone, and email. Training on internal systems will be provided. Excellent communication and IT skills are required.

  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
