Due to the retirement of the current post holder, the Governors of our inclusive and nurturing primary school are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and conscientious Admin Officer to join our Castle Hill family from September 2025.
We are looking to appoint a forward thinking and innovative individual whose background and experience would enable them to fulfil this demanding and diverse role. Current systems and procedures within the office are fully embedded and the full time School Business Manager is available to provide training and support to the successful candidate.
This is a key role within our friendly team and we’re looking for someone who will bring not only strong skills but a warm, team-focused approach. You’ll be the first point of contact for all visitors, families and children, so it is essential that you are approachable, calm and confident under pressure.
The School Admin Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the school. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks, including managing school records, managing office data and software systems, coordinating communication between staff, parents, and parents, and supporting the school's daily activities.
