The role involves managing magazine flat plans, contacting clients, and providing support for events. Responsibilities

  • Making up and maintaining magazine flat plans.
  • Contacting clients for advertising and editorial copy.
  • Provide administrative support for events.
  • Make-up photo pages for publication.
  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Produce short promotional videos for social media.
  • Post sample photos on social media before publication.
  • Proof out editorial and adverts.
  • Work in the editorial department on various tasks.
  • Any other duties as requested.

THE EMPLOYER IS: ULSTER TATLER MEDIA GROUPWe have a position for an Administrative, Events and Editorial Assistant to work in our busy publishing office in Belfast city centre. You will be working on all of our titles providing you with a varied role including commissioning articles, chasing and proofing copy and coordinating and attending events assigned as needed. This is an excellent job for someone interested in working in the media and events industry.

Responsibilities
  • Making up and maintaining magazine flat plans.
  • Contacting clients for advertising and editorial copy.
  • Provide administrative support for Ulster Tatler Group's events.
  • Make-up photo pages for publication.
  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Produce short promotional videos for social media.
  • Post sample photos from photo pages on social media before publication.
  • Proof out editorial and adverts.
  • To work in the editorial department, dealing with all aspects of editorial and digital within the department.
  • Any other duties as requested.
