We’re looking for an Administrative Officer to join the Landlord Registration Scheme team within the Environmental Health Service Unit.
Clear and respond to email/backlog queries
Issue correspondence to system users
Support data migration tasks
General admin & clerical support
Report directly to the Landlord Registrar
Full training provided – friendly, supportive team.
5 GCSEs (incl. English & Maths) or NVQ Level 2
3+ years' clerical/administrative experience
Strong IT & Microsoft Office skills
Can prioritise workload and work independently
Database reporting & data accuracy
Experience supporting meetings
Stakeholder/customer service experience
