The Job

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of technology and operations, ensuring that our core processes run smoothly while supporting the wider team with technical insight and problem-solving.

Responsibilities
  • Run and maintain regular processes (daily, weekly, and monthly tasks) with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support troubleshooting of issues in scripts, code snippets, and web-based tools.
  • Assist with documentation and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality, ensuring consistency across systems.
  • Provide ad-hoc technical support to the wider team as required.
  • Collaborate with developers and non-technical staff, acting as a bridge between process execution and technical understanding.
  • Update registers with new information from various sources.
About You
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage recurring tasks effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow into more advanced technical responsibilities.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies is essential.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience working with automation tools or scripts.
  • Familiarity with version control (e.g. GitHub).
  • Basic coding literacy: able to read and interpret code (e.g. Python, JavaScript, or similar).
  • Prior experience in an operational or technical support role.
