Your new company An award-winning Not for Profit organisation based in central Cardiff.
Your new role As Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to a senior leadership team and wider department.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, managing competing priorities, coordinating activities and maintaining high levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key responsibilities will include: Providing proactive administrative support and coordinating activities on behalf of senior stakeholders.
Managing complex diaries, arranging appointments and ensuring schedules are effectively organised.
Coordinating UK and international travel arrangements, including accommodation, itineraries and associated documentation.
Processing purchase orders, invoices and expenses through internal systems, ensuring compliance with procedures and approvals.
Supporting the administration of consultancy engagements, projects and supplier documentation.
Arranging meetings, visits and events, including venue bookings, hospitality and catering requirements.
Coordinating taxi bookings and other logistical arrangements.
Producing accurate correspondence, documentation and briefing materials.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business support team to provide cover and support when required.
What you'll need to succeed Previous experience within an administrative, office support or executive support environment.
Strong diary management and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Experience coordinating meetings, events and travel arrangements.
High levels of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
