We do not necessarily need someone with an extensive background or advanced education for this role. A positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset are what we’re looking for. The working hours are primarily 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, though flexibility with start and finish times is beneficial to accommodate important visits and other ad hoc requirements.
Outline of the role and responsibilities :
– Execute reporting tasks (e.g. price movements, initiatives & savings tracking) for the spend under management.
– Require and maintain material samples, along with related activities (e.g. raw material documentation, supplier questionnaires).
– Support the creation of new materials and the elimination of old materials.
– Handle administrative tasks such as internal claim management and master data maintenance (e.g. categorization, pricing).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
A positive attitude with a strong customer service orientation.
The salary for this role is £13.60 per hour.
