A healthcare organization in London seeks an experienced Admin Manager to lead the Senior Admin Team, manage administrative processes, and support senior managers. The role involves team management, KPI reporting, and ensuring efficient service delivery. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to manage complex information. The Admin Manager will be part of the Senior Admin Team and lead alongside the Head of Department including providing cover, and will be able to demonstrate experience of managing a team and devising new systems.
They will be responsible for the management of processes ensuring an efficient and effective administrative provision to the service and delivery with local management teams, and they will proactively manage projects by sourcing and processing information, of a highly complex and sensitive nature.
This role requires a good understanding of leadership and supporting senior managers and the Head of Service plus involvement in senior projects.
