Overview

Administration Assistant

Grade: 2A (7 - 9)

Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Term time only

Permanent

Responsibilities
  • Provide effective administration and support to teachers within the Admin Team
  • Be the first point of contact in the front office for face to face and phone enquiries
  • Assist with ParentPay, app queries and clerical tasks including letters and educational visits
  • Maintain accuracy and up-to-date management systems
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications and requirements
  • Prior knowledge of ParentPay, Integris and Arbor would be useful, though not essential
  • Willingness to undertake First Aid Training and responsibility for pupil safety
  • Possession of NVQ Level 2 in administration desirable
